Il nostro costante impegno è curare e sviluppare con amore e con cura i nostri prodotti in assoluto rispetto dell’ecosistema e delle biodiversità.
I nostri terreni vengono coltivati favorendo la naturale fertilità del suolo tramite la rotazione delle colture, la coltivazione di erbe indicate per il sovescio, la concimazione con letame proveniente da allevamenti biologici, l’uso di preparati da cumulo e da spruzzo biodinamici.
Non concepiamo e non utilizziamo né diserbanti né prodotti chimici.
Adottiamo politiche di controllo delle erbe infestanti su cui interveniamo con la trinciatura, riutilizzando gli sfalci in sinergia con altri materiali biologici che, disposti sulla base delle piante, ci aiutano a mantenere il giusto grado di umidità del suolo e di impedire la ricrescita delle malerbe.
Nel corso degli anni abbiamo visto i risultati positivi nell’utilizzo di queste pratiche naturali nella bellezza delle nostre piante e assaporato con delizia del palato la fragranza del nostro olio e delle altre coltivazioni presenti in azienda.

Our constant commitment is to develop and care for our products in absolute respect of the ecosystem and the biodiversity. Our soils are nurtered supporting the natural fertility of the soil through the crop rotation, the growing of herbs suitable for green manure, the fertilization with manure from organic farms, the use of biodynamic preparations.
We do not believe and we do not use any chemical fertilisers and herbicides. We approach weed control with the implement of shredding, using the cuttings in synergy with other biological materials which we spread on the surface of the plants to help them to maintain the right degree of soil moisture and to prevent the regrowth of the weeds.
Annual and perennial vegetables, herbs, flowers, fruits, grains, forage, bees and other natural pollinators also contribute to farm diversity, improving the health and resilience of the farm organism.
Over the years we have seen the results of using natural remedies in the beauty of our plants and in the delicious flavour of our oil and all the other crops in the farm.
Our goal is to achieve a fair Environmental Sustainability and we are continuously working to improve our natural methods in harmony with the planet that hosts us.
